August of Fun

After Mexico, Chris and I went to Island Park, ID for a family reunion with my side of the family. We stayed in a huge 30 person cabin for 3 days. It was a blast! We explored, had fires, played a lot of games, and so much more. We always have fun hanging out with my family. My nieces & nephews are the cutest little kids ever. Lauren & her family as well as PJ & his were unable to make the reunion, and they were truly missed. Here are some pictures from our trip.

After the Idaho reunion Chris & I were able to spend some time in UT. It was nice to be able to see some friends, and continue to relax (post bar relaxation continued).
My mom heard me talk about my "red velvet cravings"...so she came home & surprised me with this mini red velvet cake! She is the best!

Brit & I hiked the Y, very simple hike, but proved that I am out of shape & need to get back to running again

and cute Dylan..even if Chris wanted to throw him like a football! ;)

I was able to see Jeni, which I loved. She is always so positive, fun, and happy. I miss her all the time!

It was an awesome trip, Chris extended his by a week ---he golfed, fished, and showed Patrick around BYU. Now we are back at work--Chris has been working on set & me doing the usual. We are planning on apartment shopping in the next month. I can't believe we are moving to OC in 8weeks!
