Feathers, Flowers, & Headbands, Oh My!

I attended a boutique/craft show here in Valencia, here are some photos of my booth. It was a great opportunity for me to experiment with set up etc. And I LOVED it. I really enjoy being creative & organizing, no matter what it is...I think I spent more money & time on the display than the headbands! haha. I worked really hard, but to be honest, I had SO MUCH FUN putting it all together. I did it in a rush, as I only had 2weeks to prepare for it. But overall I learned NEVER have a boutique in 112 degree weather, ever (notice the wilting flowers)...and I want to do things like this as much as I can, its like play time!!

I Miss This Person..

He is pretty cute & pretty funny, but mostly he is pretty far away. Chris is interning, as many smart boys like him do, at a great firm in Orange County. He is working hard & kicking butt. Because of my work & traffic, Chris and I aren't able to live together this summer. He is living in Newport & I am here in Valencia. We see eachother on weekends, only. LAME! I miss him. He is alot of fun, and Im tired of not having him here. So this is my post about the lameness of being apart. The end.

Britney & Keith are Married!

Britney & Keith are married! While I was in UT I was able to go to their wedding, which was amazing. These two are some of Chris' & my favorite people in the world, we just wish we could live by them so we could hang out all the time! Britney looked gorgeous & her dress was amazing!! Congrats bestie, I love you!

While I was there I got to see Court! I was so excited because we rarely get to hang out outside of California. She is so much fun, I think I talked her ear off the entire time! JR called this picture our "Gucci Goggle" picture, it made us laugh pretty hard. Love you Court!!

These are some pictures from Brit's Bridal Shower. Jeni was there with her gorgeous little girl Olivia, I still can't believe we are both married & she is starting her family. Familia & Familia

This past week I was lucky enough to go home to Utah & spend some family time with the crazy Carver clan that I miss so much. Lauren is 9 months prego, my mom had the week off from school & that meant the rest of us found any excuse to be lazy & get everyone else to ditch work & hang out. For the most part, it worked! It was a great trip & I only wish I could have hung out longer. The one thing that would have made it better would have been to have Chris along for the ride, but he was busy working hard at his internship down in the O.C. :( Here are some pictures from our week.

This is my favorite picture from the entire trip, the wind blew right when we were taking it, which I think made it even better!

This is my moms famous "Mud Pie".. totally bad for you, totally good! I learned how to make it, so I had to take a picture of my first mud pie!
